Frank is a Phillies and Eagles fan, gamer nerd (Destiny 2), and Dad who graduated from Kutztown in PA. He played lacrosse in college and the PBLA, the Philly box league that featured many top tier college and pro players. He now runs up and down the basketball courts in hopes of maybe scoring once or twice. He works as webmaster and advertising specialist for many big name websites outside of sports. He also thinks writing in 3rd person is dumb as shit. I wrote this myself bro.

Imagine having 70 seconds left in the game and you’re down 24-7, then you say what the heck and score 18 points and win 25-24. Now imagine being on the losing team who only had to play defense for a minute and couldn’t stop them!! OUCH!!! Josh Sanchez wrote “INCREDIBLE! Bishop Gorman was leading Hamilton HS (AZ), 24-7, with 70 seconds left in the game… THEY LOST 25-24! Comeback for the ages” and shared this video. https://twitter.com/joshnsanchez/status/1439187202668384256?s=20 I can tell which team is going to be doing 2 a days for the next week and it ain’t gonna be the…

I’m an Eagles fan who couldn’t stand Carson Wentz, so this video of his shovel pass being picked off in the red zone just tickled my funny bone better than my proctologist ever could dream of. Carson drops back and shovels it, aiming for Jack Doyle, but flubs it and gets picked off by the Rams Troy Reeder. This couldn’t happen to a better quarterback who’s been nothing but a KING for Philadelphia where the fans loved him. Wait, that was Nick Foles, my bad. Imagine being a Cleveland Browns fan and the cops are like, “dude, you can’t drink alcohol here” and then wondering how else you’re supposed to be a Browns fan. Well, that happened. The Cleveland Division of Police posted their “rules and regulations” for tailgates in the Muni Lot during all Browns home games this year and it does not look fun at all. Before we review the Muni Lot rules, take a look at these fans as they were about to go there before last week’s season opener: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-IbwKDPVtxQ What are those fans doing? Hmmmm… now here’s the rules from…

This video is hilarious for us, but had to be embarrassing for the punt returner. So here’s what happened. SDSU punter Matt Araiza punted the ball to Utah and the player returned it. Looked like he might catch a break as be pivoted toward another direction, trying to slice between some defenders. But one guy wasn’t fooled and that was Araiza who ran ALL THE WAY DOWN to tackle the return man. Yes, he literally outran his teammates to make the tackle and he BODIED the guy too! WATCH IT HAPPEN: https://twitter.com/CBSSportsNet/status/1439386545732132872?s=20 Now here’s the kicker, pun intended. The OTHER…

This is the most talked about college football touchdown I have seen in ages. Mississippi State punted the ball to Memphis. A MISS player kept the ball live by making sure it didn’t bounce out of the end zone. Another player briefly took a knee and touched the ball then stood back up. As that happened, a Memphis player says “screw it” and then grabs the ball and literally runs all the way to the end zone. It was like a punt return that should have never happened, but did, and it was a touchdown. WATCH THIS AND BE AMAZED:…

This is America. Every ARMY college football player ran on the field today with an American flag and this is what America is all about. It’s the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 incident that killed thousands in New York, changing the landscape forever and uniting Americans in tragedy. A sad terrible day we will never forget and always pay tribute to. WATCH IT HAPPEN: America needs to unite and get the goons out of politics. We have social media and the mainstream media going crazy with the most far left and far right nonsense and it’s us folks in…

Right after Thanksgiving I was lucky enough to snag an Xbox Series X from Best Buy’s website. I was a fan of the original Xbox, and though I owned an Xbox 360 I wasn’t particularly fond of the system itself. The Xbox One and PS4 were a solid tie for me in the last console  generation, and I genuinely think that the One is a fantastic console. That probably has colored my perceptions of the Series X, a console that feels more like a serious upgrade to the One at times rather than something completely novel. After having spent a…

Greedfall recently popped up on Playstation’s PS Now service, and it got me thinking about the game, which I finished on the Xbox One early this year during the initial COVID lockdowns. When I drop money on a game, I fully expect certain things. I want smooth controls, an intuitive interface, slick graphics, and compelling voice acting. Greedfall, a 2019 RPG from the folks at Spiders, doesn’t have any of that. It looks and plays a lot like a last gen game, which would be completely forgivable on last gen hardware. On the Xbox One or PS4 the game will…

A couple months ago I decided that I wanted to re-experience some of the games that helped define my childhood. Specifically, I wanted to explore the Sega Genesis library and revisit games that were attached to some really fond memories. The Genesis was in my sister’s room, while I had the SNES and NES hooked up in mine. As a result I didn’t get to play it as much as I wanted, as my sister wasn’t too keen on me being in her room, especially since I had a tendency to hang her Barbie dolls from the ceiling fan and…

Are you just now getting back into Destiny 2 after ditching it because you got sick of grinding for the same weapons and couldn’t find anyone to raid with. Oh, that’s just me. Never mind. Either way, here’s a Beyond Light video from Destiny that we all need to watch before we dive nose first into the ice galaxy and stasis. Come on, Guardian, your light depends on it! Better get blessed by the Traveler on the way, too. We’ll be wielding some icicles in this one, so hopefully you’re prepared. Annnnnnd hopefully Crucible isn’t completely broken with people sliding…

Anyone else deal with this? You’re a beast getting 20-30+ kills and 2.0+ in Crucible, but as soon as Trials of Osiris comes around, you feel like the bottom smurf on a bad team playing control. Why do I constantly do well at crucible, then literally have people knock on my door and hand my ass to me in Trials? I don’t get it. I run as a team, we call things out, and we work as a team, strategize, and do everything we can. We typically get to three and four wins, but that fifth win hasn’t graced my…

Thinking about getting a next generation gaming console like the latest Xbox or Playstation 5 and didn’t get a preorder in? Well, we have news for you! Because you know, nothing says dedication like getting a black eye running to the gaming section and having someone toss you a new Xbox and up-selling an overpriced HDMI cord like they always…

Bungie killed Cayde-6 back in 2018 and left us with a coupon for ramen. As we get closer to the release of Beyond Light, we learn that his ramen coupon will be gone, ghost, goodbye. It’s like they’re literally killing Cayde-6 again. And let’s not forget, he was the only character who was actually kinda cool. The rest are sometimes a bit forgettable when you’re hitting the same cookie cutter events and grinding the same strikes for mediocre rewards. Fans now want a permanent tribute to the witty character as part of a way to keep Cayde-6’s spirit alive. However,…

Players have been dealing with sudden disconnections after Destiny 2 Windows PC version left Battlenet. After they came to Steam with Shadowkeep last fall, the errors disrupt all activities. Recently, Bungie partnered up with Valve to fix the errors codenamed “Beaver.” Polygon reports that on July 16, the studio was able to identify the leading causes of Beaver errors on PC. The actions they took to fix the issue only “appear to have reduced the errors significantly,” but not all. Bungie tweeted, “UPDATE: On July 16, we identified a source of most of the BEAVER errors appearing on PC and…

Ready for some sweet London accents? Well here’s 20 minutes of Watch Dogs Legion gameplay. No commentary, just the game and Bagley chipping away at us with a few F bombs and a handful of bollocks throughout. This walkthrough gameplay video was titled at 4K PC Ultra. Streaming this at 2160p looked fairly insane and overly pleasant to look at from a graphics perspective. About two thirds of the way through the trailer, you’re flying on a drone and causing a large truck to drive into someone and the wall. Almost reminded me of playing GTAV and all the times…
