World Athletics has banned transgender women who have undergone male puberty from competing in female world ranking competitions as of March 31. The governing body’s decision is guided by the principle of protecting the female category. Prosecutors claim WR Henry Ruggs III, just released from the Las Vegas Raiders, was driving his Chevrolet Corvette at 156 mph when he rear-ended a Toyota Rav4, killing the driver and destroying the Rav4.
