7 former Eagles still can't find a team, what's going on there?

A really good story on Section215 talked about 7 former Philadelphia Eagles who can't land a job on another team. I thought Britain Covey would've been grabbed for some special teams by now, but I guess teams don't really need to sign someone just for that.
