Phillies managing partner John Middleton was watching a montage of the team and he started getting a little choked up. This guy is one of us, said some of the fans in the replies. Another person also asked if John Middleton can buy the Philadelphia 76ers, because Middleton would be a LOT BETTER for them than current ownership. Sixers can't get out of the second round of the playoffs and seem clueless down the stretch... but the Phillies are proven winners.
