People can't stop laughing at Jen Psaki's statement to Doug Emhoff

Jen Psaki said to Kamala's husband, Doug Emhoff: "Doug: You have "reshaped the perception of masculinity." And this is the part where everyone started laughing because Doug Emhoff is probably closer to being a woman than Dylan Mulvaney is. if there's any sign of masculinity in the room, it sure as heck ain't with Doug Emhoff! Did you see how his daughter turned out? She's more manly than Doug is! So anyway, I thought this video was really funny because Jen Psaki's statement was just ridiculous.
