Even Kamala Harris hasn't sunk this low to give herself a reach around, but here we go with Steven and his sheer brilliance. He thinks that because Kamala Harris is in a mixed race marriage, that world leaders will be like "OMG WOW" and think America is some sort of powerful, respected, Democracy.
