Tucker Carlson is talking about a potential "Black Swan" event that could take place in the future. Tucker says Ron Paul warned people about this stuff about ten years ago. Ron Paul suggested it could be disastrous and you'll just have to listen to his video. My favorite part is when they say we need to mind our own business, because there's plenty of investments involved in places and we do NOT need another threat.
