Kamala Harris WORD SALAD really 'inspired' us by "helping us to be inspired"

I'm 'in spires' right now, but that's not even a real saying tsss tssssssss. Kamala Harris is being mocked all over social media for her latest word salad. It's almost like a chef will pop up in my kitchen wearing a Kamala Harris apron and serve a delicious word salad for us to eat. She recently said "Let that then inspire us by helping us to be inspired." And that literally makes no sense whatsoever, just like pretty much everything else she says.
