I'm not sure if he's mad about what's going on, he just wants to get out of there, or maybe he needs a restroom because he's about to vomit or drop a deuce. Either way, Nathan Wade boogied out of the courtroom in a manner that seemed like he was uncomfortable or not wanting to be there. Watch his body language for yourself.
