There is no place in the galaxy where this shouldn't result in immediate jail, but then you have Colorado where the DA's office is planning to drop the charges against this guy. Not only is he a registered sex offender, but he just tried to kidnap a child AT A SCHOOL and there's really only one place for this type of filth. But of course, you have Democrats who will find a way to keep someone like this out of jail. The report said: The 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office stated to FOX31 on Friday, that they plan to “drop charges” against a man for an alleged kidnapping attempt in 2024. Solomon Galligan, 33, was charged back in April 2024 for one count of attempted kidnapping, after allegedly attempting to grab a 11-year-old boy during recess at Black Forest Hills Elementary School. Previously, Aurora police told FOX31 that Galligan is a sex offender, whose registry is linked to the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office. Following the arrest, Galligan went through a competency evaluation, where he was later found incompetent, said the DA’s office to FOX31 in 2024.
