Here's another reason everyone hates HOA's. This guy can't be proud of himself for doing this. Doesn't he know that the person who's getting packages delivered may BE AT WORK or out somewhere when the packages arrive? I just can't imagine being this big of a SCUMBAG that I would ring on someone's doorbell to tell them to get their packages.
