USA TODAY report says NO SHOTS were fired by man arrested during second assassination attempt on Donald Trump

I think we are living in confusing times. Several reports say shots were fired at Donald Trump. Now USA TODAY's report says no shots were fired. I guess the only shots fired were by the Secret Service or local law enforcement, but not the man who was arrested.
