President Joe Biden sounded confused as he was giving a speech. He messed up his words a bit when he said the following: "The fall he a tied, that fall he decided, look — I shouldn't get into this, probably" and I'm not really sure what he's talking about. Does Biden know what he's talking about? It's not always quite clear. Biden was speaking at West Point today when he made this weird comment that made no sense. This was during West Point's graduation ceremony. Biden was there back in 2016 when he was a vice president to then President Barrack Obama.
