What's up with John Kerry talking about the Constitution like this? Doesn't he know we have the Constitution as a way to keep ourselves grounded from falling into tyranny and nonsense like some other countries end up? Someone needs to remind John Kerry that the Constitution is pretty much a protection from guys like him and the people who want to impose insane things upon Americans.
