KHOU reporting: Police say 22-year-old Justin Guzman turned himself in on a murder charge Monday, just hours after a warrant was issued for his arrest. He appeared before a judge early Monday morning, where his bond was set at $750,000. Court records state Sanders was picking up his fiancée when a group of men made comments to her as she came down the elevator. She told Sanders what happened, and he drove around the parking garage until he found the group. Documents say both sides exchanged words, and as the suspects tried to leave, they allegedly brake-checked Sanders’ car, prompting him to get out. Guzman, who was in the front passenger seat, and Cinan, seated in the back, also got out. According to testimony in Probable Cause Court, both men began shooting at Sanders and allegedly continued firing as they drove away.
