Naked man hit by car after jumping from house window

Of course this happened in California. The only other place I think it's possible is Florida, but even the Florida man doesn't run into traffic - they just run around naked with alligators and pass out in a pick up truck filled with beer cans. But here we are in Ladera Heights, California, where a naked man jumped out of a window and ran into traffic, then got hit by a car. Reports say he was having a mental issue.
