President Donald Trump just notched another victory over California’s left-wing leadership, this time in federal court.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit refused to rehear Newsom v. Trump en banc, leaving in place a ruling that allows Trump to retain command of California National Guard troops he federalized during the Los Angeles protests earlier this year.
