What goes up, definitely comes down and sometimes it’s not the way you expected. This pair of exercise enthusiasts are lifting weights and she gets it up, but it comes crashing down hard as she loses control.
The weights are up in the air, but she starts wobbling and that’s when it spirals down and crashes upon her. The guy next to her doesn’t seem to notice right away as he probably thought she dropped the weights like she might normally do. Nope! She needs help asap!!
The person recording makes their way over, but darn – that looked painful! Hopefully she’s OK!!
