Two female darts players have quit their team and refused to play with a transgender woman, a biological male, on their team. The girls are Anca Zijlstra and Aileen de Graaf and they’re quitting the Dutch national team, refusing to play darts when there’s a biological male on their team – which is a women’s team.
Both of the real women posted comments on social media about leaving the team, expressing themselves in words as they seemed to be disgusted that their team was infiltrated by a man. Their quotes were posted on ABC.Net.AU in the sports report:
Zijlstra announced she was quitting the team in a post on Facebook.
The moment you’re embarrassed to be a part of the Dutch Team, because a biological man is playing in the women’s team, it’s time to go,” she wrote.
“I have tried to accept this, but I can not condone or justify this.
I think that with sports there has to be an equal and level playing field which is to be used and accepted in good faith. After all, we have worked so hard to be relevant and competitive in this sport.”
De Graaf, who was also on the Dutch national team, commented on the post, announcing her departure too.
“At some point you have to make decisions if something goes against your feelings,” she wrote.
“You have to do what feels right for you. Hence my decision to also leave the Dutch team.”
The news of the transgender woman, a biological male, caught the attention of outspoken former tennis star Martina Navratilova who said the win “stinks” and “again – women get the short end of the stick.” Just about everyone with common sense wants to see women’s sports, bathrooms, and locker rooms protected for real women only. Men who identify as women are not actual women, but they’re being allowed in women’s spaces and it’s like real women are being erased, losing their own sports, and can’t even be in the bathroom in a comfortable capacity anymore. The country is becoming increasingly fed up with the woke stuff ruining things that were fine.
