Holy smokes, folks! A part of Interstate 95 has collapsed in Philadelphia after an tanker truck caught fire under the overpass and all hell broke loose, causing the part of 95 north to collapse and compromise 95 south as well. Chopper 6 circled the area showing the Philadelphia mayhem that broke out around 6am this morning near the Cottman Avenue exit. Between the Canadian fires sending smoke to Philly and the highway collapse, it’s like the apocalypse showed up earlier than we expected.
6 ABC said all lanes were shut down between the Woodhaven Road and Aramingo exits. What’s this mean for Phillies fans? Welp, where you going? NOWHERE!
The Dodgers play the Phillies today at 1:35 and Phillies fans should find another road to take.
Here’s some pictures and videos of the chaos in Philadelphia after the I-95 collapse:

95 COLLAPSE.
A tanker truck caught fire underneath the I-95 overpass at Cottman avenue. A piece of the interstate is on the ground. Manhole covers are exploding all around this. AVOID THE AREA @6abc pic.twitter.com/pnFoEXjdN8— Beccah Hendrickson (@Beccah6abc) June 11, 2023
I wonder if the @Phillies will fly a chopper to pick up all the fans for the Dodgers game!
