Missouri sophomore Harrison Mevis is the 236-pound kicker who disrespected the ARMY team during the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl and it totally backfired on him.

Mevis should have thought twice before trying to disrespect them, as his Missouri team went on to lose by a score of 22-24, making his gesture nothing but insulting at best.

Most sports fans don’t mind some drama and nonsense in sports, but this was pretty disrespectful, and possibly motivated team ARMY a little bit more to get the win.

Perhaps next time Mevis is in a game against America’s finest, then he might think twice about showing disrespect.
